The X-Tech technology will encompass entertainment such as TV, Radio and Internet and make available electronic Food & Drink Menus, Food Menu Ordering Capabilities, table specific sound for music and/or televised games, suggestions for the pairing of wine and beer with specific foods. Secure credit card payment information will be made at the table without giving up your credit card, as well as potential tracking of VIP Patron information so that waitstaff can be alerted to any food allergies or special order items that need to be kept in inventory.
X Factor Sports Grill's booth design will incorporate small screen displays with "sound domes" that allow each booth to listen to a specific televised game, select any certain genre of music, or hear the audio of any gaming features experienced at the table. The sound is directional and cannot be heard by patrons in the neighboring booth or table.
Service is enhanced and expedited by the ability of the patron to review and order specific menu items. In addition to secure and immediate payment at the table, patrons can keep track of their current tab and have a specific percentage of tip automatically calculated for them for payment. Patrons will have the option of having payment receipts emailed to them of electronic filing.
Precise Sound Dome uses laser-like precision to deliver sound to a specific area with a 5 to 1 isolation ratio that concentrates the sound level and creates stereo sound five times greater under the dome area than outside of it.
